The equipment functioned perfectly and without incident. Also, I got to pet a dog, which was a highlight. She's a sweetie.

Laurel FBoth Bri and Brittany are always professional to work with. I had an issue with the system changing my pickup location, and Brittany corrected it for me after hours. Bri was able to get a payment issue corrected for me and she handled it without any problems to me. I can't recommend this location enough. It's always a smooth transaction of picking up and dropping off. If you need to rent a U-haul, go see these ladies at Reliable in Shorewood!
Kim GTotally messed up our reservation had to drive to two locations to pickup our equipment. Then you guys messed up our date then I had to call multiple times to fix the times and dates. Then you changed our drop off points twice on us! And of course didn't care one bit but sure did take our money in a hurry! Horrible customer service and a clear don't care attitude!

Nicole KThis location was great. My only complaint is when I booked the reservation, I was picking up the truck in Minooka. The morning of pickup, I went to the Minooka location and they were closed. I had to go Uhaul to inquire and was told I had to go to Shorewood to pick up. That wasn't my time and prevented me from getting back in time to meet my movers.

Roxanne MThere were false claims on my record. I don't like that. First things if there is damage you need to call me not just go behind me and ask the adjuster to harass me for nothing after 3-4 months.
Suraj UI do not like having to check myself in and out to rent a truck. I do not have that kind of time to put into a rental. It did not go well on the customer friendly to use app. I do not like business think it is ok to use my smart phone and assume its to help their business and you are forced to put an app on your phone. That is my phone and it should not have to be used for a business. I do not like the not doing business with a person. Next it will be AI rep on the phone. I maybe going to budget rental from now on. I took 3 hours of my own time to rent the truck and made it much harder to get what I needed done. Why have a rental place if only open for a couple of hours. I could have rented down the street from me if I wanted to do the work of an employee. I was not told this was a self check out. I paid more in milage for no reason. I could not beleive it was a self check out. You had to know to try moving a screen in a different direction to get the screen to show everything. The app worked very slow and did not have error messages to guide you. It is not right

mark hI did 3 services in 1. I rented a uhaul, a storage unit and hired movers. The uhaul and storage unit were quite a drive from my home and both locations were a bit of a distance. A closer proximity between the 3 places would have made it a better experience. There was also confusion as to where I would be picking up the uhaul/ and rental unit, so I went and my movers ended up going to 20555 frontage Road because of the discrepancy.
Shyrita RI appreciated being able to come and go with my unit no matter the time, and this unit helped me shelter my belongings until I was able to find a place of my own. Thank you very much for your kindness with any questions asked and always being able to provide and accurate answer.

Max ZTried to use the mobile pickup with little success. Truck didn't want to shift at times. Horrible ride. Might look for different moving companies in future.
Nicolas KThe app technology was very slow, once arrived at site the process took over 40 min. To get the key to vehicle. This is simply In unacceptable, I had to submit license several times, apparently it timed out and I was never notified and had to start all over again, the fact that this happened is also unacceptable, and that I had to provide a third party phone for verification and wait on that process was again unacceptable. Then amount of time that was wasted on this incredibly frustrating technologically flawed app will have me looking into other truck rentals. I exclusively used U-Haul in the past and had very few issues, customer service was fantastic. I can only come to the conclusion that the company now puts profit ahead of all else, tells me that accounts are on the board. This whole experience was very disappointing.

Scott KI was charged an extra 79 miles which is impossible because I drove from Chicago to Minooka and dropped it off at Shorewood as that was the drop off location they picked. Very unhelpful when I called to get help.

meg lThe cargo area wasn't filthy, but it wasn't exactly clean, either. I know there are a lot of miles on the truck (>160K) but it shifted very hard (both up & down). Service was good when I picked it up.
