Susan was wonderful. Although the location was officially closed the drop off day she happened to be there and helped us unload and disconnect the dolly.

Auralee BSusan is knowledgeable and quite helpful when renting and hooking up the trailer. She made sure I was aware of how to properly close the doors and secure them. She explained the breaking system and checked all lights functioning. The trailer was perfect for my move and was in excellent condition and clean. I look forward to renting equipment from her in the near future.

Because I got redirected at the last minute from my initial pick up location and had to drive 140 kilometers out of my, she agreed to stay open 3 hours later than normal on a Friday night !! This kind of customer service is hard to find these days and I really appreciated it !

Michael CUhaul moved our original pick up to this location. It was one hour from our destination. This meant we had a 2 hour drive on top of the 4 hours we needed to get get home. We arranged a train ride to Fallowfield from Toronto which made us very late leaving Ottawa. 2 hours later than plan. We would have paid extra to have the truck in the original location if we knew. This was highly inconvenient coming from Toronto.

Susan DI was served in a timely manner for my pickup. I really appreciate my UHaul receptionist who remedied an issue online where it was saying I only had the truck for 1 day instead of two. It was a good experience overall and I'll definitely come back!
