I had initially rented a 9 foot cargo van and unfortunately my vehicle was changed to the 10 foot box truck the day before pick up. This was a little bit frustrating and inconvenient as I had booked the van to use for a Class F license road test. The unexpected switch from a smaller vehicle to a larger vehicle added a little more stress to the experience, but it worked out in the end. Self-pickup and drop off was quick and easy. Vehicle was clean, well maintained and handled well. My only advice would be to give future customers earlier notice of a change of vehicle so other arrangements can be made if needed. Other than that, no complaints.

The people at this location were outstanding, however, the uhaul check out electronic system was not working correctly. Eventually after a few support phone calls a work around was found. The checkout process set us back almost 1 1/2 hours!
