The lady attendant that was working behind the counter was very unfriendly and not welcoming upon entering the store. She didn't really seem nice when it came to telling me about how I did not select a drop off location when I should've been able to just drop the truck off at the store with no problem. I won't be returning to this location again.

Gary EAll lights were checked by UHaul when hooked up to my Dodge Nitro with a standard 4way connector.Trailer lights wouldn't work when hooked up to my motor home using a 6to4 adapter. Had to use my magnetic lights from my car trailer. I was told that might be a possibility when I picked up the trailer. Yes, I would definitely recommend and rent from them again. Excellent service.

Kay RUhaul Accommodated our needs with helpful staff. The charge of the uhaul was drastically different from what it said when I booked it online. The return process was difficult having to take multiple pictures with terrible weather conditions at that time.

Harold MThe truck was not clean. It appeared to have been last cleaned when it was new 140+ miles ago. Apparently, this truck was send from Regional which is no excuse. I originally had scheduled a truck from a U-Haul dealer within easy walking distance from my home, they sent me this truck (so called upgrade) to the Peru location for pick-up. I had to hire a ride to the location to get the truck. It was a real inconvenience, and I didn't need the upgrade for my situation, but I was stuck. The truck rental industry is running out of excuses and has to start finding customer friendly solutions. Online registration and holding vehicles work very well, but the bait and switch technique is not very pleasant when renting. There's enough going on without having to change direction because of "lack of personal" with U-Haul.

James DThis site was closed when I tried to pick up the truck. I called and they said I had to download the app to complete forms to pick up the truck. The app was extremely difficult, kept asking the same questions over and over. One time the screen went blank and I could not continue, had to reboot my phone and start over. Very frustrating. I would never do that again. I should have been told they were not open on Saturday. Awful experience.

Martha sMr. Lazar provided UNBELIEVABLE customer service! He hooked up the trailer and went through all details with me. Answered all my questions and even provided recommendations on packing and trailering my cargo. A definite asset to your U-Haul enterprise.

William UI had to go to this location because there was nothing available at the location I chose. I wasted 45 minutes of my reserved time waiting. Nothing was ready for pick up, the back of the truck was frozen, I was not given instructions on anything, not even what to do when the truck was returned. The guy was rude, what about safety for their customers? I was not even told which truck I was to take, I had to ask. I will never use this location again.

STELLA JWe always sweep out truck when we return it. But when we rented this truck it had dried up chunks mud all over in truck..and the attic was dirty ss well. First time we have had an issue. Overall very satisfied with rental pros they are great to deal with. Just wish previous renter would of cleaned it out like your supposed to. Would definitely recommend to rent from Rental Pros !!

Matthew VWhile the location and trailer were both great, neither was what I had asked for. I have nothing against the location or trailer, but I wanted a 4x8 in my home town which I booked 5 months ahead of time, and still one month away from my rental was contacted by uhaul and told I would be getting a bigger trailer and driving farther to get it. I was not given an option, I was told this was what is happening. I needed the trailer, so I agreed to it, but with five months notice, I feel a company of Your size should have been able to fulfill the original order I made and was told would be available. So fuck uhaul in general, but rental pros was great. Uhaul "Upgraded" me to the larger trailer for no cost, but did nothing to compensate me for the extra fuel or wear and tear a larger trailer would do to my vehicle on a 5000 mile road trip. Had I not been fearful of having no trailer, I would have cancelled. If I can avoid it, I will not rent a uhaul again, as apparently nearly half a years notice is not enough to guarantee you will receive what you ordered. Pretty pathetic.
