SUSAN BThey did over charge me when. I dropped off. Was supposed to get charged 30 and I was charged 105 instead.
David AThere was only one person working up front, trying to handle a phone customer, a customer returning equipment and a customer wishing to pickup equipment. There was no way to get the attention of someone to help up front without yelling out to them, and even then, that person had to be told twice to help out.
Dion MThey were short on moving blankets. I did not get the requested quantity, but they gave us all they had. It turned out to be plenty. I was asking plenty of questions and they were helpful and patient with me.
