Representative said that safe move vehicle protection was required to purchase the pickup truck but when I asked uhaul chat they said that it wasn't required to rent pickup truck. Check engine light was on and AC vent was very hard to operate.

The individual that took care of my rental needs was exceptional!!!
RICHARD PI was not notify that if the drop off location was closed I'd be charge for an extra day fee and/or at least let us know when we pick up the vehicle. If it's on the paperwork, i understand, but a reminder at the time of picking up, it could be nice of a friendly curiosity reminder in person any additional fees if and the drop off locations is closed.
Rosa CI got charged for gas even though the vehicle was at 1/4 a tank. It was very easy to speak to someone about that and get it refunded. No hassle and great communication. Also the front desk gentleman was very very nice :)

Jafna DI was charged for gas. The person said it was not the level, I placed more than what the reading said. I have pics from before and after the I placed fuel. This is not an honest location for haul. I am going to dispute this with my credit card company, and I will never use uhaul again!

Luis LI will never rent from this location ever and will not recommend to anyone, Rialto mail 263 w Rialto Ave in Rialto CA the older man that was there was rude and unpleasant I rented the truck for 2 hr pick up choches from San Bernardino Costco and went home to waterman and 33rd st sb put $22 in gas drove it back to Rialto location and was charged $103 don't rent from this location ever.

Robert CWe moved my ill mother from Cali to Nevada. My location was originally on Holt in Ontario, then moved to a location Ontario Blvd, Ontario where no one was there and my account was not showing my reservation to access the combination to the lock to access the key. By this time 40 mins had gone by and we had hired help to assist with our move. I was in tears. The Uhaul attendant asked me to calm down or else she would terminate my reservation at that point my husband intervened and when we arrived at the Rialto location we were met with resistance the attendant there was very unprofessional and cursed while assisting us.

It's not your customers fault and they are not "wasting your time" when your systems are not working, and then telling them that "you need their business".

CHRISTOPHER STony, the manager was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond his duty. I had trouble with the approval process so he drove 30 minutes back to the site to make sure I was happy. I can't say how pleased it is to see someone that is so dedicated to the customer. We need more people like Tony in this day and age.

ELIZABETH EMy comments are not directed to the location,my wife and I rented 4 trucks in the previous 2vweeks. I was asked how long would I need the truck,I said about 6 hours,we ran into some issues so therefore it would take longer. I called customer service and explained the situation and I was told there would be a penalty.I don't understand how you can charge a penalty,when you're still within your 24 hours. I feel like U-haul has become money hungry and does not care about the customer. Is there a way for someone to rent the truck while the location is closed,because that's when it was being returned.So sad you don't care about customer service anymore,but the location was great.

DAVID AOwner of establishment at "Rialto Mail Center" in Rialto, CA. 92376 was very rude. He basically called me a liar and would not make appointment for return of rental on a Sunday saying I would not show up. When I asked him what was his problem he hung up on me. He represented U-haul in a Very unprofessional manner and cause me to rent the moving truck for another day!!!.
