My location was originally on Holt in Ontario, then moved to a location Ontario Blvd, Ontario where no one was there and my account was not showing my reservation to access the combination to the lock to access the key. By this time 40 mins had gone by and we had hired help to assist with our move. I was in tears. The Uhaul attendant asked me to calm down or else she would terminate my reservation at that point my husband intervened and when we arrived at the Rialto location we were met with resistance the attendant there was very unprofessional and cursed while assisting us.
