Could not have been easier except for the poor internet reception in the area.

It was great - clean, fast, easy. I managed to leave 2 garage door openers in the cab, and they were nice enough to call me back the next day and arrange a way for me to get them. A++

This was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul. Not only was no one in the location, but the door was locked and no one answered the phone. Picking up a truck without having a person to inspect it or give me the keys and make sure it worked is a terrible system. I will never recommend someone to this location.

I was told that someone would be there at drop off to complete the rental. It was 4:45 and nobody was there. I had to drop the key in a box. While it appears to have worked, it made me nervous to just drop the truck and key and then just leave.
