1. The office wasn't open even at 11 am that morning. 2. No dolly or blankets were in the vehicle even though i had ordered it. But i was charged for it. 3. Getting to talk to a rep was a 30 min wait and when they did answer, they did not resolve the issues. Overall, extremely bad experience. Would never use their service again and would discourage others.

The moving pads and hand truck were not inside of the UHaul and when I went to dispute the app had a stuck loading screen, 4 times, in areas that had great service! Please contact me for a refund.

John BIt was great - clean, fast, easy. I managed to leave 2 garage door openers in the cab, and they were nice enough to call me back the next day and arrange a way for me to get them. A++
David PThis was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul. Not only was no one in the location, but the door was locked and no one answered the phone. Picking up a truck without having a person to inspect it or give me the keys and make sure it worked is a terrible system. I will never recommend someone to this location.
