This was not handled with an over abundance of kindness when I arrived in Tucson, please do try to remember it isn't the fault of the customer when another location makes a mistake.

Fernando C.Literally 3 miles after picking up the uhaul; the tire on the drivers rear blew… not a flat but literally the side walls exploded. All this while I was driving 65 MPH on a busy highway. This experience was rediculous and not acceptable. At the worst you are responsible for providing safety to the consumer and this uhaul definitely did not. Not only to mention that this truck only had 50,000, so fairly new truck which is unacceptable.

Bob B.The location, staff, and truck were very good. The mobile app was very frustrating and didn't work. If I rent another U-Haul I will skip the mobile process and rely on in person pick up. I appreciate the attempt at making the process more safe and convenient but in the end it failed.
KENNETH M.This location is the closest to my home and the staff is very friendly. Their trucks have always been clean and well kept as well. Only issue is the small parking lot. I have seen some drivers struggle with parking the trucks upon return as the parking area is limited.

Bernice P.The online checkout process is terrible. Worst, most confusing process I've ever used. Was no clear indication that i needed other contacts to verify me, or that i needed a stupid lease agreement to verify me. Your website only works on chrome. Waited outside for 30 minutes in 100+ degrees with no shade while some representative tried to call my contacts without me knowing. The only reason i was able to get the truck was because of the guy at the office. If it was after hours I would've been screwed. Fix the online process.

The lady that took my initial reservation was insistent that even though she did not have the size truck I needed that the service office would work to find a location for me and notify me with a pickup location. I never received a txt or call with a location that had what I needed but instead I received 3 calls from the office that took the reservation trying to get me to take a larger truck. It wasn't until I called the service office myself that I was able to find a location with a 15' truck but it was over 50 miles away. They added miles to my reservation but that doesn't make up for the additional time and gas wasted for having to go so far just to pick up the truck.
