My initial rental location was 45 miles from this location. The attendant was very helpful. but I don't know why I was redirected to an alternate location so far away?

Chandra S.I didn't expect to have to travel 75 miles (one way) to return the truck. VERY inconvenient! I was told the local u-haul was full, the one 35 miles away was full. I don't feel that the customer should be the one shuffling the trucks around. I was reimbursed $200 for the change of drop off location, however, I didn't sign up to be hired for their shuffle driver. The lady on the phone was friendly.
