1. Was not emailed a receipt. Told them I did not get a receipt , asked for a printed receipt and was told that was not possible. 2. Lot was dirt- unpaved and rutted with large deep puddles. Was told to back trailer into tall weeds where other trailers were parked.

greg sIt's gonna ride for truck that I was to pick up was in no shape. It was not Road worthy So they told me they had another truck. 10 minutes away it was actually an hour ride. So not only did it put me 3 hours behind.it cost me moor gas.this is unexeptable
Bart SZero lighting at night is an absolute hazard. The only thing they do have lit up is the New Holland sign which falsely leads you to believe that's where their driveway is because who would imagine the logging trail would be the driveway. Nope, that logging trail IS INDEED the only way to go. This resulted in me having to go a few miles further in order to find a safe spot to turn around. I imagine that's why they've got it set up like that, to rip you off of a few extra miles that a tired mover would prefer not to have to jump through such hoops. Ya know, especially being it takes 2 hours of wasted time just getting the darn truck. The return location has terrible phone service and again the app and and website glitch, freeze, don't load. So you have to return by phone and both times apparently the franchise owner is blind and couldn't see the truck was there and keys in the box. I kept getting texts about how family's need the trucks. Tough luck, don't put your incompetence on me. If you value your life and sanity then do yourself a favor and spend a few grand on movers. At least you know you'll be safe.
