CHAD ARivers Edge RV & Self Storage went above and beyond to make our van rental a great experience. They weren't scheduled to open until 10:00 that morning, but he agreed to meet us an hour earlier so we could begin our moving job on our schedule. The Ford Transit van was brand new and ran like a champ. Thanks Mike!!

CHRISTOPHER WI wish there would was a human representative help with the pick up and drop off of the truck. The app was okay, but frustrating because if you touch an unintended part of the screen it jumps to a different screen, you lose some of the information, and it's hard to find where you are in the process again. Very frustrating! The starter of the truck went out. That ended up in a 2,5 hour delay to get it repaired. I'm not mechanical enough to know whether this could have been averted with the regular maintenance schedule.

Luciano AThe local folks on the ground were excellent ~ shout out to Greg Needham for locating a great trailer for me! Corporate folks via phone, txts, & email were bogus (compares to poor) They did not have a trailer for me at the location I reserved in WA a week in advance & wanted me to go 2 hours south to pick one up after I'd left CA on my way.
paul cThis was not the drop off location we picked. It was 30 min away from us and not convenient at all. It was not open and I could not tell if it was part of a private residence. Again no one called. The drop off was just changed and then I was told it if was not the right spot for drop off I would be charged more. I'm pretty sad about the whole thing. We spent 200 more in this rental than the Penske and it did not feel worth what we paid.
TORI RStop with the App business. The human touch and dialog builds trust between client and agent. My agent today had a glitch with his phone and did not show up until I called 12 times and he then called me back to say that he had this technical problem. Although I spoke to him Yesterday and he nearly stood me up. He was very apologetic and got things in order right away. He suggested downloading the App to "return" the vehicle but I do want the App.

Tanya RWe ordered a small van but a few days before collecting you told us you only had the next size up available but you would honor the original price. When we picked up the van you were not able to honor the cheaper price!! Plus we had to collect in Cashmere and drive all the way to Rock Island and back using pointless mileage we had to pay for!
