Penny EThe main issue that we had was when attempting to extend our uhaul rental. I was unable to extend our time. The app told me someone else reserved the truck we were using the following day. So, we scheduled to pickup a different uhaul truck after dropping the current one off. We dropped off the uhaul at 6am and came back 3 hours later to pickup the next uhaul… to find that nobody had actually rented that uhaul. We picked up the exact same truck we had just dropped off 3 hours prior. Not sure what happened but that was rather frustrating to work around during my families move. The truck functioned well otherwise. No mechanical or driving issues.
