It made several noises that clearly aren't normal. The sounds seemed mechanical and structural. I was extremely concerned the entire trip.

Micah ParkerThe truck we had was clean overall. Just a little dusty on the dash and was in great operating order. A couple things that need attention are: 1) The rubber seal around the Drivers door is missing, causing lots of wind noise. 2) The Decals on the dash reflect in the R Side mirror blocking your view in that mirror. Overall a good experience.

adrianne oettleWe received our uhaul and the whole experience was terrible. We had reserved a uhaul at a different location and had to change to this one because the original location didn't have the truck size we needed after we had already reserved it. So then we drive to another location 20 miles away from where we needed to be and was given 10 extra miles for free. We also reserved an appliance dolly which that location didn't have and we were told we needed to call other uhaul locations to find one. So then we had to drive 45 minutes to rent an appliance dolly. Now we will get into the serious issue. When we got in our truck the gas tank was completely empty we barley made it across the street to get gas. Next this was the most DISGUSTING uhaul I have ever seen. There was rotten food and dog hair everywhere. Which I have pictures of. There was fried rice caked in the floor and it was thick of 3 different kids of dog hair. There was mud everywhere. There was food wrappers and old vapes and empty drink containers and used straws in this thing like people had been living in it. The truck also sounded like it was going to blow up like it hasn't had an oil change in years. And when we talked to the pickup location about it they pretty much told us sorry we don't have another one just deal with it and sent us on our way. They didn't volunteer to help clean it or to clean it. Just we had already paid and they didn't want to help. I would never go back here and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Linda BurkeVery nice people; however, they are really slow. I wanted to rent the U-haul at 9 a.m. with mobile pickup. I arrived and wasn't able to pick up the U-haul. My time was changed to 10 a.m. which is the time that they open. It didn't cause to much of an inconvenience but I would have rather picked it up earlier.

I received the text with the address to the drop off location and the address given was wrong and took me nearby but not to an actual uHaul drop off site. I had to drive to a different drop off location and they helped me figure out which location and where my correct drop off site was.
Michael MonizSketchy place, a guy pulled up in a truck and scared my sister asking why were we there and we had to tell him we were dropping off a UHaul truck. There are multiple signs at the property indicating it was a UHaul location and other trucks there, yet we were haggled by the shop owner. It was a Sunday and he said that someone called him and said people were at the shop.

erich LoveAfter I reserved the u-haul I got a call saying I couldn't reserve it more than 2 days in advance, then I got another call saying I could not pick up at the place I had made the reservation. Then when I actually picked up the u-haul-(Cathy was so nice) then II got a call around 8:00 that evening saying I was suppose to return the u-haul in Adairsville, I told her no , I was taking it back to where I got it. The lady was very rude, telling me to "Do whatever you want to do" Really I just rented a truck for 100 dollars didn't even keep it 24 hours and this is the kind of customer service I get. Maybe the UPS corporation needs to communicate better with their dealers on the rules and regulations. And maybe some of the dealers need to take a communication class, so they can learn how to treat the paying customer by at least being courteous to them.

MICHAEL HENSLEYWe had reserved a truck & dolly from a u-haul 0,5 miles from my home. The truck wasn't turned in on time, & I understand. What created a problem was another truck was located 12 miles away, they had no dolly & the owners (2) had their grandchildren there. I understand it was halloween & the kids wanted to show off their costumes. However, there were 2 owners there but only 1 to help us. So we had to wait on the grandkids to leave. Once they left the dog was constantly barking & no dolly. I had this prebooked for pickup at 1pm. I was there at 1, but Because of the delays, it was 3:30 before I got back home. Then because they didn't have a dolly, our help couldn't do much & left us. We loaded the truck but had to leave my antiques behind because they were too heavy. I also had to leave my full size Kenmore deep freezer behind for the same reason. Without help, it took us longer to move. I'm 62 year's old. Once my help left, it was just my 2 sons & a girlfriend to move. I'm diabetic. Trying to get it all loaded quickly, we worked until I passed out. I was taken to a hotel. My son & his girlfriend worked until 5am. The next day, we had people tgelp unload. They were there. Because I had fainted due to diabetes & working non stop to get things done. So our " help" took my money & offered to go get food for everyone. Me & my sons kept working. The " help" left for food but never returned. With my money gone, I had to leave to just get snacks to eat without stopping. In doing so, I fell off the ramp & injured my knee, cut my elbow, cut my foot & cut the top of my hand. After taking care of it. We kept going. Then the girlfriend gave out on us for a couple of hours. At the point of exhaustion & no food, I had to leave. I waited while my sons continued to work thru the night. Once done, I had to get back out & meet my son to drop off the truck. I sincerely apologize that it took so much longer to get it all done. But I had help waiting for me to return with a truck & dolly. After waiting for the owners grandchildren, as precious as they were, customers should have come first. It became the downfall. My help waited 2 hours because of my delay with the truck, then no dolly,. They did what the could & left. I was extremely dissatisfied with the length it took to get registered. It was the beginning of a disaster. Because of the extra miles to get the truck & waiting for "Nana" to check us out with no dolly, my help had lost patience & deserted me. I could have just waited another day to get the truck. Normally, I never give negative reviews, even if there was a problem, but this was really a ridiculous way to handle business by making customer wait.

Joshua QueenPeople were great! The location was quite dirty, though. Commodes were out of order and there were dirty cloth hand towels rather than paper or air dryers.
John MerkRoad Master was fine. I happened to arrive during a medical emergency but the owner was great. I hope her husband id ok. My angst was this, I was supposed to drop the trailer off at another location. Upon arriving I was informed to take it to Road Masters, a full 10 miles farther away from my house. They had a reservation for it there. I will recommend my pick up location and the eventual drop off location, but U Haul will get a black eye if people ask. A free future rental if needed or other considerations may get loyalty back but as for now, not a happy customer.

brett mcmickensThe truck was not swept out or cab cleaned. Spilled dark liquid everywhere. Got pictures to prove this. Did online reservation and address was old, after finding the place the guy couldn't get things checked out appropriately. Left and called uhaul and got great lady to help. Drove back and she talked to him, even got on the phone with me again to apologize for his inability to work the system. Truck was old, but worked well. I know Uhaul is better than this, and will use them again, but if this place has lots of complaints you may want to reorganize it or shut him off. He said he wanted to get rid of uhaul and buy his own trucks. What a dip.

Bobby LooneyThe couple that owns this location, was very unprofessional. I called days ahead to confirm that a truck would be available and that someone would be in the office, just to show up and no one be there. Ready to move and on a schedule, needless to say I was upset. After waiting over 30 minutes for someone to show up, I decided to go pick up my help for the day. While headed back to the shop to try to pick up the truck again, I received a voicemail from the owner. She was irritated that I had not arrived at the scheduled time. Upon returning to the office, the couple was very rude. This is the second time that I have rented a truck from this location and it will definitely be the last.

They were very friendly, helpful and professional. I asked about getting a large appliance dolly, and Jenette got one there in time for me to pick up the truck. Daniel HenryI first was told by 1-800-GO-UHAUL that the car transport trailer I needed was at the U-Haul place on Hwy 140 (Pattys Truckstop) just a few minutes from my location. That was a nightmare. The woman there didn't have a clue. But the woman at 1-800-GO-UHAUL foun the one on Hwy 411 and this one went smith as could be. The trailer pulled great. The tires were in like new condition and it was a very pleasant experience.
