Although I eventually managed to correct the drop-off location over the phone, the mobile app never updated to reflect the new address. When I arrived at the location provided by the customer service representative, there was no clear guidance or signage, making the drop-off unnecessarily difficult. Given this overall experience, I will avoid using U-Haul in the future and cannot recommend their services to others.

Rostyslav HZach went above and beyond to make sure my check out process was as smooth as could be. Very informative would definitely recommend this customer service to anyone! Thank you Zach!
Raymond PCustomer service was wonderful! He thoroughly checked the trailer and connections and when returned, unloaded the unit in a terrible rain storm. I was willing to wait but he did not want to hold me up. Great service!
