There was no drop box for the keys, which would have made it difficult if I had been successful on attempting to return the truck overnight.

Check to make sure customers trailer lights work before the paper work is done, My lights didn't work and we had to redo all the paper work again. It was not their fault, But most customers do not have a trailer to test them first,

i reserved my truck on 7/9 2020, first your company was down cause of a international computer problem you charged my credit card 3 times once at 9:15 am for 75.82 then again at 9:26 am for 90.94 but to make me pissed you charged me again at 4:04 pm for 130.19. please put my first to chargers back into my account

Great customer service. Had a glitch in the system. Salesman was very polite. Unfortunately did not process a discount for dropping off at the other location that was provided on the website either.

I have rent the truck less then 24 hours but they charged me for 2 days instead 24 hours. I have replayed to their email and asked them why, no body even respond my email. Poor customer service.

This has nothing to do with the pick-up location. Whoever delivered the truck FAILED to include a two-wheel dolly which delayed my day by over an hour. I picked the truck up at 7 am to have the full day to move my mother after the death of her second-husband. By the time i was able to open the back door (frozen shut with ice, I found no dolly and had to find a different solution. I called UHaul and was told I would be given my $7 for the dolly as a credit. I did not get the credit. Furthermore, even after explaining all the facts, UHaul basically ignored my request for more than the $7 dolly rental fee as a credit due to the inability of whoever delivered the truck to follow directions which resulted in my day to be delayed and me to spend time and money to resolve my issue. It's unfortunate that captive customers (a lack of choice) have no way to push back when situations like this occur.

The paper work was messed up and they took an hour to figure it out. then the price I was quoted was not the same and then there was 2 different invoices.. Then on the way down, the truck was pulling to the left. Noticed the drivers tire was wearing fast. ad some tread when I left, by the time I got to Florida, it was bald on the inside. Was scared to death. I called uhaul, they said they do not do anything unless it was flatt. I was so afraid towing my van that it was going to blow out ..

It wasn't Robert and Bev's fault that there was tape like used to close boxes on the windshield area where an inspection sticker would go, nor the scratches along the passenger side from front to back. Also not their fault the truck couldn't get above 60mph unless going down a hill. The truck was from Arizona, maybe inspection stickers don't exist there, idk.

It was just an after-hours drop off. It was easy to find the key box. No problems there. I am disappointed that I returned the truck with more gas then I got it and was still charged $12.75 for gas. U-haul should be paying me for the extra gas I left them.

We had made a reservation on line a few weeks ago for today. My original request was for a pick up in Home PA at 8:00AM. We were on a time constraint and that time and location was convenient for us. Then we received a call on Thursday, two days before we were to pick up the truck and informed us there was a change of plans and that we would have to drive 20 miles out of our way to pick up the truck and that facility was not going to be open until 9. They did upgrade our truck and gave us additional miles, but the point is why do we even make reservations with UHaul if they cannot guarantee the reservation? Obviously this business doesn't have any regard to making it convenient to their customers. When you are trying to coordinate your schedule, especially when you are moving, I do not appreciate UHaul throwing a monkey wrench into the timing. Luckily I did contact this business and the owner was very accommodating and opened up his business early for us this morning so we could make our appointment. I have no problems with the pick up place in Indiana, they were more than accommodating. This entire process of renting a UHaul was more than frustrating. There should be more UHaul's available or do not give customers the impression that they have a final reservations when that is definitely not the case.

The truck ran well, but it was a rainy day and the water poured in the cab of the truck all over the drivers seat and steering wheel and dash. It also leaked in the box of the truck. my box springs got soaked and some boxes got wet. I would not want this truck ever again. And I still paid full price for all these headaches.

I was originally scheduled to drop off the truck at a different location. Once I arrived, they refused to receive it. So I had to go to Robert and Bevs. Then three days later, the original place called me asking when I was going to bring the truck...really?!

Truck was very dirty on the outside. It should have been hosed off before I came to pick it up. The winfows an mirrors were also very dirty. Finally, the drivers side winshield washer fluid was inoperative. ( passenger side worked). Sugestion...clean off the truck and do an inspection before renting it out!!!
