Nathan BI'm always impressed with U-Haul how they handle things and give it to you and return to them they're all happy
Mark TI would heavily recommend picking up equipment when the office is open. The U-Haul app is extremely problematic. I called U-Haul twice while I attempted to pick up the equipment. The first (local) number was not only not helpful, but also unprofessional. The national U-Haul number was also unhelpful and I had to simply wait for the U-Haul app to begin working again. This delayed me picking up the equipment by an hour and put me behind schedule for the entire day. I had no problems with the equipment itself or the facility, but the app is lousy.
Jonathan TJust keep the same people together at this location. They work well as a group and are both helpful and knowledgeable.
