Back of truck was a mess - broken glass, trash…had to sweep out before we could use it for safety with all of the glass.
Sara MMy pick up location was moved without informing me. When I got there I had to call someone to activate the pick up and then hook up the trailer myself.

DAVID DOnce upon a time U-Haul employees would help you put the trailer onto the hitch but now-a-days, nope. This is not helpful to consumers especially women, the elderly or those recovering from illness, like myself and my husband, who do not have the strength to lift practically the weight of the trailer to attach to a hitch. Assisting customers would be a welcomed, and greatly appreciated and necessary, service that U-Haul could reinstate to help improve the U-Haul rental experience.

Joshua LThe return was not applicable as the Truck required towing (U-Haul evaluated and determined not repairable on-site and towed) from our home due to the Drive Train/Shaft repair required. We were very fortunate that the mechanical issue occurred about 5 miles from our home as we exited the highway!! The truck was functional until the last few miles. Ron's provided guidance as to what to do next and U-Haul provided the roadside assistance and towing without any issues, thank you!!

MICHAEL FThe lady was very nice but i went there looking for a car dolly and was told that their were two there, when we finally get done figuring out the computer and went the pay she said they were autotrans or something like that at that point I was just ready to go so I agreed. I also agreed to pay 55..... and she even said something about a discount for making me wait so long, the total bill was 67 dollars.... Never again Uhaul.

Thomas WEveryone at Ron's Rides were great. I made two short notice rentals in 3 weeks and Jess was awesome in getting it done for us. No high pressure sales and friendly advice. Excellent place of business that I will trust again in the future.
Stephen TWas told to hook up to trailer with specific number. Upon inspecting trailer, found it was missing the right breaker light assembly. Had to go back inside and request a different trailer. No help lifting or hooking up trailer. I was by myself. No help testing blinker or brake light operation.

Paul LThe U-Haul dashboard is hard to get to and it took about and a half to finally get our truck! It would have been nice to be able to do it with less steps and for an old guy who does know how to navigate very well I'm glad my wife was with me! She is a teacher and had a tough time with the checkout process!!
walter beverything was great with the exception of the extreme vibration in the driveline and the check engine light coming on mid drive

Fermin AThe orginal reservervation had the drop off lication correct but when i actually checked out it showed where i originally picked up so i had to call again and they changed to a total different and further away location. Then it was hard to find a spot to park. Then the app didn't work again to log out so I had to call again. Then they said I had to call the place that I dropped it off on Monday to officially close it out. It was so frustrating and took a long time for everything.
Bethany MWe found nothing lacking in customer service or in equipment provided. Our only problems were being a couple of 75 year olds doing all of the moving by ourselves and having worn out, tired old bodies. Of course the distaff half held up better than me but we are getting it done. Will be renting another truck, and a furniture dolly, sometime within the next few days.

Jim HDid not have the blankets I requested and had to go to another Uhaul location nearby for them. Otherwise their service was very good.
Edward PA person pointed in the Direction he wanted the trailer dropped off. I had to disconnect the 6x12 trailer by myself with difficulty.

Steven DOne tire was low. Mechanic on site helped air it up. Held the air for a day and was back to really low again 24 hrs later. Informed the folks there amd they said they would contact Uhaul. Overall, great experience.
