Heather WVery well received. Rentel was processed quickly and efficiently. Return was as effortless as the rental. An all around good experience.
Larry RRon solved the problem of my “do dudes” not having finished loading, let alone, unloading the truck’s contents. I had to park the truck, where I picked it up fully loaded. I went and got a lock and secured the contents. As it was blocking their other trucks, Ron showed me where to place the key should they have to move it(still fully loaded). Ron and his wife (who did the paperwork),were professional…
RONNIE ZThe original drop off point was awful. The person in charge at that location was very rude and very uninviting. He came out yelling before I even attempted to park. I’ve never been here before and I was trying to explain that the dispatcher told me that this place was able to accommodate a big truck and he thought I was lying. Thank god for the St Augustine location because they were very professional and nice which made a good impression on me and family. We were already under stress with the move and this person in the Bunnell location made it that much stressful.
