Incredibly easy process from beginning to end. The truck was new and clean. From the looks of it their whole fleet was new, and they had a lot of trucks to choose from. The folks at Rott's Tire were friendly, efficient, and generous. In and out in 5 min, literally. Not much call for me to rent a truck but if I do I will defiantly rent a Uhaul from Rott's.

WILLIAM P.The U-Haul and Moving companies in S.C. were very helpful. However, the U-Haul office in Utica N.Y. and Melissa Weiss in Customer Service were not. Utica office did not take action when the original shipping provider did not pick up our boxes, nor did they contact us to say that our boxes would be delayed. Ms. Weiss refused to call us directly despite requests to do so. All her contact with us was though e-mail which made interaction difficult and impersonal. She also refused to provide us with a phone number to contact your corporate office. She also said that we were only entitled to 3 days of refund even though we were told our boxes would be delivered on 12/7/21 and we did not receive them until 12/13/21. We will never use U-haul ever again, nor will we recommend U-haul to anyone as a moving and storage provider. Which is disappointing since we always thought of your company as reliable. JAMES P.On pick up using the Uhaul website. It let me check in and do everything but would not give me the code to unlock the lock box to get the key for truck. Truck was on empty. Took 1hr and 45 min on phone to get ahold of someone to finally get code. Drop off again uhaul website would not let me check in truck. call after call could not get ahold of anyone. Finally locked truck and left it, Had to call and check in next day. No fault of any person but the website is horrible. Moving is stressful enough then to have the added stress of the pick up and delivery was really bad. Almost 3 hrs of phone time while trying to move. I have used Uhaul before but person to person never had these issues.

The smell of what I believe was stale cigarettes in the cab and dirty interior front window was pretty gross. And I smoke. Just not in a vehicle. It was a cargo van , so honestly, I don't expect a luxury ride. I'd probably rent again from them because the vehicle functioned great. And the woman at the desk was just great.
DAVID W.I was late to pick up and my reservation was canceled on me. I called and the location I on was closed that day . No way to contact any one. I then arrived to find out I didn't have a reservation. The call center then had to reactivate my reservation. It took and hour to pick up the truck.
