We had a very good experience with this vendor (Rotts Tire and Auto). I stopped by several days before booking my rental and spoke with the proprietor who was friendly and provided me with all of the information I needed for the rental. The pick-up of the vehicle on the day of my move was seamless without any undue delay, and I was made aware of all charges. The only item that is not specifically listed on their cost sheet is the stipulation that the vehicle is provided with a 1/4 tank of gas, and you are responsible to return the vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas. This is somewhat awkward when refilling the tank to that specific amount on the return trip to the vendor. There is a convenient App provided which allows you to return the vehicle and key (lock box) on off hours.
