How the HELL do you people expect a customer to DROP one of your 6ft x 12 ft. INSANELY HEAVY trailers after hours, or on a SUNDAY when there's NO JACK / DOLLY to crank down to support it & make it possible to unhook! I'M PISSED OFF! I WASTED A 70 MILE ROUND TRIP TO DROP OFF A TRAILER WHEN NO ONE WAS AT THE SITE & I HAD NO WAY TO DROP IT! I'M A 67 YR OLD DISABLED VETERAN FOR PETE SAKE! YOU PEOPLE ARE ASSHOLES!

Lee SGoogle maps doesn't take you to this address. It takes you to an abandoned house about 2 miles away. I finally called the business and they gave me directions. Uhaul did not refund my money for not receiving the appliance dolly and packing blankets and wants me to pay an additional charge for mileage which is less than the rental for what was not delivered.

Tran BWe requested a 20' and only got a 15'. When you reserve a size you should at least get that. There is a reason you want or need that size. We we're told that we would have to take what is available I just don't think that right. Like I said when you request that size there is a reason for that size. We we're not able to haul everything we wanted. However, the representative was very friendly.

GREG LTruck had a bad fuel vent making it difficult to gas up and had to fill very slowly at a trickle like pace to avoid early shut off. Bad alignment and front tires were bald. Lenor was very nice and accommodating to our equipment needs. Excellent service à la clientèle

Rachel KTrying to plan ahead and securing a rental weeks ahead is very painful. Corporate person that talked to me was very rude, threatened that I may have to travel 100 miles or more to pick up the trailer. Every question I asked their response was "Do you want me to cancel the reservation?". I would say no, but this is very hard to plan with out knowing for sure that I have a rental secured.

MARTY SThis is our 3rd experience with Russ's Auto for Haul services, and it has been frustrating each time. There is one lady who handles it. She is very part-time, and impossible to get ahold of without leaving a message, which she will return the following day. At the time of reservation, it stated that someone would call me by a certain time the next day, but I had to call them and then wait for a call back. When we arrived, she wasn't there, and we had to wait, when we were on a time constraint - MOVING DAY!
Joshua AOnly drive vehicle 11 miles and was charged for almost 70 miles!!! Grossly overcharged me not impressed!!!!

The bad part about this entire experience was dealing with UHaul customer service. Pricing is terrible. Had to have it changed 3 times. They switch the pickup location without my approval. I will never rent anything from Uhaul again.

JODI MI reserved it to pick up in Stanley, so not very happy that we had to drive 40 miles to pick up the truck in medford. Then the guy had no idea how to do anything (because the lady who usually took care of Uhaul stuff wasn't there) and couldn't even print a receipt
Deb TTrailer was a dilapitaded old wreck. Rear door was spreading rollers and other parts all over the trailer.
Kent PI have used this location 2 times. The first time the address given on the contract was N1988 Hwy 13 Medford Wi. I used my GPS to enter the address and was taken to Walmart in Medford. I looked behind Walmart and then drove up and down Medford looking for a U-Haul. I eventually called U-Haul and the person pulled up a Google maps to help me get to Russ's Auto. Russ's Auto IS NOT in Medford!!! It is in Stetsonville WI The econd time I drove a different quicker route and didn't waste time looking for U-Haul behind Walmart and driving up and down Medfords main drag. Also. The phone number for Russ's auto does not have a message machine. It is Russ's "shop" number. So, when I called Sunday after hours to leave a message that the Tow Dolly is in his lot, I could not leave a message! The next day I called a second number for Russ's Auto. Please correct the address and phone number so that future renters don't drop off the U-Haul in the Walmart parking lot at N1988 Hwy 13 Medford I would not recommend this location until these issues are corrected

Michael SSelection was limited but I did get a larger uhaul for the same price for the equipment that I did request.
