David RI dropped the trailer off on Saturday evening, when they were closed. I contacted them on the following Monday and they had taken care of everything for me, without me even having to come in.

Darrell TThe vehicle rented had a massive hole in the exhaust which caused it to be extremely loud. Unfortunately no other vehicles were available so I had to use it. I also asked for a furniture dolly and there was a regular box one in the back which didn't work for my needs. No one explained to me the process to acquire the vehicle until I called back upon arrival and discovered the location was closed. The check engine light was also on which did not inspire confidence. Shocking that this is how the vehicle is rented out.

DON BProperly and correctly describe your products. I rented a 6x12 trailer to transport my 62" wide zero turn mower. The tailgate of the trailer was only 54" wide. I completely wasted $50 because the description was vague and inaccurate.

Sarah SU haul rented me a car trailer but didn't let the local dealer know. So, 2 days later they rented to someone else. I had to wait while U haul brought one from another location. Not good management. Again, not the local dealers fault.

Agee GUhaul app was not working so the employees had to come in when the office was closed in order to finalize the order. The original location was not available for the size of truck we needed and had to be transferred. The location and people were fine just not the technology.

Peter DThe only issue I have is the location I was supposed to pick up the trailer. I was sent a email saying my trailer would be there and when I get there I overhear the lady behind the counter giving my trailer away to another person. I usually wouldn't care but we were on a strict schedule and was late to the track I was racing at. The guy behind the counter said there's another trailer right down the road. 25 minutes later we finally arrive. The location on Lyle road was great. The one on providence wAs piss poor service. I have used u haul all my life and even spent $6000 moving from California using a big truck and trailer. Service like this makes me second guess using a car trailer from here. I use a car trailer twice a month

JAMES MDrop off was on a Sunday so it was closed used the app to drop off no issues and customer service resolved most issues the pick up location caused.
Donald ARyan was wonderful! Can't say more about his promptness and pleasant demeanor.
