The vehicle rented had a massive hole in the exhaust which caused it to be extremely loud. Unfortunately no other vehicles were available so I had to use it. I also asked for a furniture dolly and there was a regular box one in the back which didn't work for my needs. No one explained to me the process to acquire the vehicle until I called back upon arrival and discovered the location was closed. The check engine light was also on which did not inspire confidence. Shocking that this is how the vehicle is rented out.
