No one on site at time of arrival. No signage of store front. No moving pads available even though it was on my online order. No paperwork printed and handed to me.

Giora LMake sure they have all the proper accessories to tow. Of course the hitch but also the adaptor that goes for the light attachment and or 6 pin to 4 pin connector like what I needed.
robert MThey wanted to force us to pay $50 dollars to take the car off the tow and told us if we do it, we would have to do it outside in the street.

HECTOR SThey say parking is free for U-Haul and restaurants customers and $5 for anyone eles but they tried to charge us $10. When we got there no one was there but they said it's because we were late. Wasn't very friendly and the floor of the truck was covered in dirt/ dried mud. It felt like we were burdening them by be there. There a bunch of other places to rent from in pacoima I would only recommend you use them if it's a last resort.

Charles BThe location did not complete a walk through with me to ensure all damage was documented. The cab was not clean, and the fuel level was below 1/16; the dash screen estimated 5 miles to empty. I had reserved accessory items with my rental, and they were not available when I picked up my rental. I reserved my rental at one location and received a call the next day from U-Haul to advise me that my reservation was being relocated to a different location. My reservation must not have been transferred correctly because this location stated that the accessories I reserved were not on my reservation.

Zachary KThe person who attended me didn't seem to know what she was doing. The trailer had ripped tire straps so we had to buy additional things to make sure the car was secure. We also purchased a tow hook at the location and they sold it to us used and dirty. They took about an hour and half just to get us the trailer. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service as well.
anabelle lThe location kinda sucks. Nothings more awkward than standing in the center of a dining area waiting for someone to be "out in a minute". You could opt to stand out front which is almost the same thing since the tables are in a patio and the receptionist is also the cashier for the restaurant. Only difference is there's no shade. If you get thirsty, they have complimentary 12 ounce soda cans for 4 dollars or bottles for 6. They do attend you directly though, usually in front of all the people eating, if you fill your info online beforehand, they'll still have you do it all over again in person, best part is that the girl getting my info wouldn't make any eye contact at all and had pretty neat writing. As usual, I did my own inspection and all that, the mirrors were wobbly and the power ports didn't work, but the AC was good and it had 1/4 tank. Also, don't believe the price list on the ads, they'll still charge you a much higher initial "hold" and it's unclear if they'll be returning it or if I'll have to press them for it but, all in all I gotta say I was neither impressed, surprised or disappointed. I'm just glad I was able to do drugs comfortably in the back of the vehicle without being hassled by lames, losers or law enforcement. Thanks U-Haul
Julio VSabor a la Mexicana is by far the worst place I've ever been to. They denied the bathroom because I was not a restaurant customer. Only after I said needed to change baby's diaper they let me in. Sad to say had to change baby on the flood as they don't have a baby's changing station.

Jessica CWhen I reserved the truck I paid for 2 dozen moving blankets. Apparently, this location doesnt stock moving blankets or ANY supplies! I didn't find out until AFTER she charged my card! Before I could confirm everything was there she charged my card! I will never rent from here again.

Oscar DSon despotas , tienen todo el equipo sucio , no le ponen gas en los camiones, no tienen las cosas necesarias disponibles , no tienen listo tampoco el equipo se tardan mucho . Lo más preocupante es que mienten la hora de entrega me entere que había entregado el camión a las seis de la tarde y no lo reportaron hasta el otro día . Estafan a la gente así que les recomiendo fijarse bien el recibo que son unos ladrones .

Jeanette FThe truck they rented has a damaged passenger side mirror which makes it dangerous to drive, the truck in question had an almost empty gas tank, the headlights are barely working so made it extremely difficult to drive at night and the people there were a bit standoffish so I should get either a partial refund or credit for my next truck or trailer rental. 702-504-0353. ivette gSmelled hilariously strong of marijuana. I returned the trailer 45 mins early (2:45 instead of 3:30, when I had picked it up) only to find no one was there. Called, on the second number listed someone answered and said "well, we're not there. Just leave it anywhere". Had to wander the lot looking for a dolly to try and lift the trailer from my truck, injuring my back in the process. I just left if, no one showed or called me back. Never even got a rental contract, just some kid on her phone saying "yeah you're good to go". Never again. I will be contacting Uhaul corporate in the morning.
Christopher SUnprofessional family business. It's looks some body's house. Not friendly crew and they saying on web site they open from 6a.m -10 p.m but they closed all house and hard to find them there. They give me truck with wrong level gas. Make sure u taking all pictures with gas and mileage before u go.

Armen ANobody was there at the scheduled pick up time. I called and the girl was out shopping and tried to do it over the phone. After I left, they started calling me and texting me saying that my card didn't go through… even though my bank showed that it did.

Juan EI return my truck with half times like was before and she still charge me $31 extra because it was under line , And the husband was very rude in the morning. Come, ask me for the driver license, and when inside one of the house in there she charged me $450 or more I never saw her how he charge me anything brought me the receipt and ready to go. She said it very weird people. I will not rent it never again in this place.

Teresa HThe lady and her daughter are the worst. Very rude. The daughter gave me attitude cause I I got there 15 min later so I call her to let her know and she was very rude. Then when I returned the truck around 6pm. The mom, been noticed that they had give me the wrong truck , her daughter mistake, then she charge me for maintenance after they gave me the wrong dirty truck. Every time you ask a question they are the very rude. I don't recommend this location never. You have to keep calling them to talk to them cause their closed.
Ana BA woman assisted me to help hitch a trailer, this left me to second think of a possible accident. When returning the trailer, I remembered there was a pallet, and asked the lady worker of where I could dispose of it; because i couldn't fit it in my SUV. Her response was "sorry trash is full, while texting on her phone, and quickly went inside". I was charged 15$ extra because I left the pallet outside next to the trash.

RICHARD BI requested santa clarita and was told the evening before that santa clarita did not have my trailer and I had to go here. I went here and they did not have my furniture dolly that I requested.
