Make sure they have all the proper accessories to tow. Of course the hitch but also the adaptor that goes for the light attachment and or 6 pin to 4 pin connector like what I needed.

They wanted to force us to pay $50 dollars to take the car off the tow and told us if we do it, we would have to do it outside in the street.

HECTOR SThey say parking is free for U-Haul and restaurants customers and $5 for anyone eles but they tried to charge us $10. When we got there no one was there but they said it’s because we were late. Wasn’t very friendly and the floor of the truck was covered in dirt/ dried mud. It felt like we were burdening them by be there. There a bunch of other places to rent from in pacoima I would only recommend you use them if it’s a last resort.
