I stored my belongings here for 8 years. Mike is great and works with you with any issues you may have. All the other staff members I've met has also been helpful. Thank you for making this experience a good one.!

I forget the cashiers name, but she was so sweet and so helpful. She was such a pleasure and had wonderful communication I know this has nothing to do with improvement, but please keep her.

Rented a space there for 10years and the staff is great! Very helpful. I'm sorry to have to leave but I am downsizing and don't need it anymore.

Please do not offer me every single item that you guys own. It's stressful when trying to purchase one thing and 50 different options come up after I've selected what I've wanted. App is a little much when it comes to reservations online. Simply your add ons options.

I was at this office for about 5 years, and I was between jobs at the COVID-19 area came, I Lost my insurance for my time, and the facility has a bad pipe in my area, and it destroyed My items , but they are good to keep it, but I didn't have a insurance on My items and I take the loss. The moral of the story, keep insurance.

The whole process from sign up to loading our unit and payment process is a smooth machine. Well lit, clean and easy access with code to enter facility. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

I had difficulty contacting the store directly. The number listed on the website only connects you to the corporate offices. After several calls to that number someone finally gave me the correct DIRECT number to the store. That was very frustrating.

Agent was great. Nice. Professional. Efficient. Understanding. She even welcomed us when we returned the truck! It would be nice to get a small credit for returning the truck with more gas than when we checked it out. Maybe something like "premium points" or actual money back.

One of the AC vent was not working. There were 2 nails popped out in the truck at the backside and I got hurt at my back when I was shifting my luggage into the truck. I filed a claim yesterday and working with repwest insurance company on the same.

I had to do the entire check in on line. Then haul charged me $15 fee. I will not use uhaul again. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone

A full tank of gas would be preferred. I'm not rich and can't afford to give uhaul free gas.

Customer service is a joke, my bill is still not resolved after 5 days. although the reps I spoke to were professional, it's not resolved. I returned the truck the same day, but the rep says it shows I still have the truck. I can't get anyone to fix it. I'm very disappointed.

There was a question / conflict with the mileage recorded for my trip versus what was recorded for the truck before I rented it. Staff took the time to determine the actual cause of the error and I was never at risk of an over-charge. Helpful and friendly - will use this location again if I need to.

I was misinformed on where I could return the rental. The associate told me I could return the truck Fort St location which is closest to where I moved and when I got there they tried to double charge me for returning it there. It was a big inconvenience to have to bring it back to 8 mi from Southwest Detroit

Absolutely Outstanding facility very impressive and clean looking however as you get closer moths were everywhere all over and inside equipment and on as well inside of facility. Moths were on everything outside of building and in truck. At first glance truck look fine once inside wasn't cleaned from previous clients.

I reserved a truck for 10 am at National Storage, which is a U-haul location. The representative who was lady, was rude, unprofessional, not helpful at all. Offered no assistance what so ever concerning my rental. I asked her for guidance concerning the situation, non was given at all. I called U-haul 800 #, a representative did not pick up my call at all. There was no contact made on the phone with U-haul at all. I left National Storage (Southfield) location and happened to be blessed by Safekeeping with a rental of a truck. The gentleman working at Safekeeping Storage (Southfield) location, was professional, thorough and offered assistance to me concerning my rental. Very professional. I do mean very professional. The vehicle was extremely clean, the facility was clean. I would recommend this rental location to anyone future wise. I give Safekeeping Storage (Southfield) location 5 stars for outstanding service in all areas.

I had to put all my things in storage for a couple of months while waiting for my house to close. It was a stressful time, but your facility helped me get through it. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thank you so much for making a rough time bearable. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

The gal working at this primary storage facility that Sunday arrived almost a half hour late; just before 9:30 - and since I knew I had a full days work with the truck and my cargo ahead I wanted to get the truck at 9:00 and return it before they closed at 5 p.m. She was still there at 4:30 when I returned that afternoon, and told me she hadn't seen a single other customer all day; for either storage or truck rental after I left that morning. So she did kind of devote her whole Sunday at work to servicing me with the truck for the day - which was commendable.

Uhaul.com/share App would not allow me to take a picture to complete an after hours return, but the return was quickly processed the next day with no additional charge.

This contract site for Uhaul has too many extra fees. They dollar & 2 dollar you with all the extras. I will make sure I use a UHAUL Store next time.

The latch on the sliding door was jammed and would not close ..so we had to drop off items at 2 locations with the door open.

The truck was actually dirty and it’s kind of unfair because if I would’ve left the two pieces of wood and glass broken in the back they would’ve charged me but I have to clean up some dirty gloves that were under the seat and some wood and lives in broken glass that was in the back of the truck

Finding out where to drop the vehicle off was difficult. I was given a couple of locations but I eventually was given a closer location after a couple of calls. Maybe a list of drop off spots with addresses should be made available when a customer rents

Facility is is priced well, very clean and the staff is amazing. Speedy process and staff was very helpful. The fact that everything is on one floor was great would recommend.

The facility to be very clean and the staff friendly and attentive. My only concern is the lighting. Our unit is a bit tucked and lights did not come on automatically. They had to be turned on.
