On 10/24 we were rented a vehicle that needed serious maintenance. The rental was a one way from Farmington Hills, MI to Toledo, Oh. Driving through Michigan it seemed okay, but once on the expressways the vehicle would excessively shake once over 60 miles an hour. I kept the vehicle until 10/25 to let someone know to check the vehicle before allowing it to be rented again. Once employee check vehicle in he found that the vehicle was lacking fluids which should have been completed prior to rental. This could have been problematic for myself and 10 yr old granddaughter who was riding with me in the vehicle. I honestly prayed the entire way home with family member following close behind.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHave a truck ready at the location I requested a MONTH in advance (Farmington Hills). Or at the very least, don’t charge for the difference in mileage.
Taylor MThe blower vent in the truck we rented was broken so the AC was blowing cold air away from the driver. It was too stuffy and I was getting any air because the blower was broken.
