Very nice customer service. He was awesome. There's just not words that I can really say that would fulfill the service that I got from him. He was absolutely amazing very respectful and helped me as so much and so many ways. I'm so very happy that I went with the U-Haul in Fort Thomas Kentucky and if I ever needed it again, that would be my first stop nowhere else and thank you very muchfor all your help I greatly greatly appreciate it. Faith MService was friendly, accurate, and helpful. I was able to place a reservation same day and pick up the truck an hour later. The new Cargo van was perfect for what I needed and the ability to connect to it via Apple CarPlay made driving easy and enjoyable. Merci.
Jim HWhen I reserved the trailer I specifically requested a box trailer. I was told this location had on. They did not. Fortunately a alternative was available. If not we would have had to stay the night and find another location. You should not over promise and under deliver.

TODD BElliott and his crew treated me right. I went way over on my mileage but Elliott had set the expectation of exactly what everything was going to cost - so there were no surprises. It was a little more than I expected to pay but the service was 10/10!
william cI couldn't get any traction backing up in the snow. Pulling out of the driveway I slid again and this time with the truck empty it slid into the yard and I had to call a tow truck to get a cable to pull me out. The tires would just spin.

Terry K19,99 a day advertising is misleading! I rented a van and got the $11 accidents coverage, drove it 53 miles, and replaced the gas! Grand total was over $80.

Marc CApparently, U-Haul Corporate won't allocate any utility two-wheeled dollies to this location. I'm quite sure there is one or more provisions of applicable contract and/or franchise law that are being violated. Not to mention the frustration of customers, such as myself. Fortunately, the Owner loaned me his personal ratchet which attached well to a normal two-wheeler. This allowed me to move my washer and dryer from my apartment to storage without assistance I'll be offering my legal services to this location FREE to pursue a legal remedy for the situation described above against U-Haul Corporate. Prepare to have your asses handed to you. John D.
John DI haven't needed to rent a truck for quite some time, but this whole experience was phenomenal. These folks working here are exceptional employees.

Kathy CI want to start out saying this location has excellent customer service!! The person that helped me when I arrived was very knowledgeable, friendly, organized and helpful!! The location I went to doesn't need to improve on anything! I think corporate or the hire ups can improve on a few things like if you don't damage the truck you should at least get back half of the protection plan. (I paid 105 and no damage done) however, I know that is the business and they have to make money too but they are making money off miles and the 20 charge a day. Also when you hit your miles you should get a discount on any extra you use. I always go over!! So it is what it is and I am just make a suggestions!! So, when I returned the truck the guy was also so nice!! He asked me how it when and did I get everything done that I used the truck for! I said yes! I thought that was very nice as well!! So thank you and thank you to the location I went to they deserve a raise!!

James SThe trailer I rented had a latch which always jammed and needed to be opened with force. I injured myself a few times just trying to get inside.

They were very flexible and so very nice. I highly recommend Safe Ship of NKY for your moving and shipping needs.
