Area is a little sketchy. Homeless people in and around the fenced property. Our belongings were safe. Unit had two garage doors, front and back on either side of the building. The back door already had lock on it that that management could not remove. I was able to get my lock on to secure it. Unit rental includes two locks but chose to use my own for added peace of mind. Facility did not have a move out policy that required renters to give a month notice to vacate their unit which was nice. All that was needed was to let them know you moved out. Deposit was returned within a couple of days. Storage unit was the least expensive I found on the U-Haul website for a 10x20. Realized that size was not going to work when I arrived and they were very accommodating finding me a larger unit that was just a little bit more money. Renters are not allowed to use the restroom on site and are told to use the area behind the back building which is in an open area on the property. I will select another facility next time I need a rental unit.

I reserved this storage unit late evening of Monday May 13th and cancelled the next day, I still have not received a refund and I can not get through to the storage unit to find out why they haven’t refunded me my money.

The mobile application is terrible. I had to wake the person up because the code didn't work. I did everything ahead and when we got to it the application didn't take some of my information correctly.

This facility underwent new management and it seems it has a facelift too. MsEidth was very nice and resourceful. Highly recommend to fry and family.

Run by crackheads that let anyone in. I've seen people living in the units. Homeless living in an around the fence that isn't secure. My stuff was vandalized and stolen. DON'T USE THIS FACILITY AT ALL!!!!

The lady working there is excellent in helping. But the facility has ants just outside which caused trouble in moving the items. The red ants seem dangerous.

Yes I didn't get a storage through y'all and 20 dollars was taken outta my account so how do I get my money back

Pick up trash around property and driveway areas.

There was a lot of trash around the storage units that you have to drive around there was broken glass scattered around and just lots of junk strewn around the entire property.

Small bits of garbage all over the facility. Huge piles of junk and garbage, junked cars, and a barrel full of burnt garbage in the back. Consistently no one in the office during office hours. Moved out a month early because they raised my rent nearly 20 %, per an e-mail in the middle of the night, a few days before the end of the month; not a 30 day notice or anything. I'd assume they do this to a lot of folks that aren't able to move with just a few days notice, forcing them to pay more or risk losing access to their unit. All in all, zero out of five stars. This place is horrible.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We changed the size of our unit with no problems. The units were clean and well maintained.

The man running the location was very nice, but if you are getting a 26 foot truck, it is very difficult to get the truck out of the facility. I can imagine a less experienced driver could cause some damage pretty easily. Also, was given the truck with 30 miles to empty.

The manager was super nice. I had issues with my hitch on the my truck which I had to get fixed and he waited for me despite having another appointment elsewhere. Very helpful and accommodating.

The parking lot is extremely small. It makes dropping off a large truck after hours very difficult.

Luckily the gate was broken or I would not have been able to return the truck. Was not easy getting the truck and trailer to the designated parking area out of the way. Per the directions of uhaul/share were to not block gates or drives.

First and foremost although the address indicated it was a storage facility it more closely resembled a facility dedicated to the exchange of all manner of narcotics. This was well accented by the used prophylactic at the entrance. Although the facility was listed as open the door was chained shut and the office empty. Upon calling the number listed on my RENTAL AGREEMENT, I reach the voicemail of "Matt." In attempting to return my rental truck using the online features provided on your website I found that your site could not find my location. Upon calling the help line and being instructed to attempt downloading and using the Uhaul app I found there was no data coverage in the area and that is why the location functions on my phone did not work. Also the front alignment of the truck was pathetic. To drive straight the wheel had to be turn at least an 1/4th of a turn to the left. The engine latch kept opening in the cab sending hot air and exhaust fumes into the cab. As a professional mechanic I would say the transmission could definitely use some attention. Also give that parking brake a look while you're at it.

I have been using This facility for storage and now uhaul trucks and has improved alot under new owners and management very friendly. Very affordable rates too
