Area is a little sketchy. Homeless people in and around the fenced property. Our belongings were safe. Unit had two garage doors, front and back on either side of the building. The back door already had lock on it that that management could not remove. I was able to get my lock on to secure it. Unit rental includes two locks but chose to use my own for added peace of mind. Facility did not have a move out policy that required renters to give a month notice to vacate their unit which was nice. All that was needed was to let them know you moved out. Deposit was returned within a couple of days. Storage unit was the least expensive I found on the U-Haul website for a 10x20. Realized that size was not going to work when I arrived and they were very accommodating finding me a larger unit that was just a little bit more money. Renters are not allowed to use the restroom on site and are told to use the area behind the back building which is in an open area on the property. I will select another facility next time I need a rental unit.

Consistently no one in the office during office hours. Moved out a month early because they raised my rent nearly 20%, per an e-mail in the middle of the night, a few days before the end of the month; not a 30 day notice or anything. I’d assume they do this to a lot of folks that aren’t able to move with just a few days notice, forcing them to pay more or risk losing access to their unit. All in all, zero out of five stars. This place is horrible.
