The 24/7 share didn't work the greatest was to happy about it.

Not allow customers to reserve a trailer when they are not available.

Mud all over the trailer. The top was covered in mildew and dirt. Not necessarily this location's fault but they didn't clean it. I washed the trailer and turned it in cleaner than I received it

It was difficult to obtain the truck. The seats in the truck were sticky. I think the rental fee should have been reduced, as we had to drive approximately 1,5 hrs. round trip out of our way to pick up the truck because the U-Haul staff could not get the truck to Omaha.

I want my money back he overcharged me 103,1 miles I feel like I should not have to pay besides the $80,13 and $128 and some odd cents of the two contracts that I have in my email he also put in that I returned the U-Haul truck at 9 AM and when I did not return the U-Haul truck at 9 AM I return it at 11:30 AM

The attendant was very nice. But the trailer was in very poor condition. I don't know if that is a u haul problem or a problem at this location. The maintenance of the trailer especially the door was not good. I personally applied Wd-40 to it as it was not going up and down.

Possibly orienting new customers on their first U-Haul experience with your location would be beneficial.

Tell people where best to park their own vehicle, as it was not necessarily obvious, there was a marked lot but as it appeared to be a body shop i didn't know how best to stay out of their way and other people backing out the uhaul trucks. It didn't cause a problem, but i could see how someone could really mess the whole thing up by boxing uhauls in

No one was there at dropped off. Left voicemail when I left trailer in lot. Personne ne m'a rappelé. They didn't recorded the return until three days latter. Resulted in a late charge!!!

I was charged at the time of pickup, 24 hours later the guy called me saying he tried to charge my card 2x the amount of the original rate. 10/10 do not recommend. Never using uhaul again.

The check in process was easy and they were well prepared with the right equipment to help me get going as quickly as possible.
