COLE D.Mud all over the trailer. The top was covered in mildew and dirt. Not necessarily this location's fault but they didn't clean it. I washed the trailer and turned it in cleaner than I received it
JAMES S.It was difficult to obtain the truck. The seats in the truck were sticky. I think the rental fee should have been reduced, as we had to drive approximately 1,5 hrs. round trip out of our way to pick up the truck because the U-Haul staff could not get the truck to Omaha.
