Horrible customer service. The guy I returned it to was extremely rude and charged a $25 cleaning fee and sent it through before telling me. I asked what the cleaning fee was for and he said "napkins" and I opened the truck to find 1 napkin. When I first picked up the truck there were tons of peanut shells all over the place that I had to clean out before I loaded it. My mind was blown that he charged me a cleaning fee because I literally returned the truck cleaner than when I picked it up. He said he charged it because he "didn't want to lose his job." What a complete joke. I will never rent here again because of this employee and advise that nobody rents from this shady place.
Andrew ASecond time using those service at this exact same location and it was quick fast and easy to rent from no issues what so ever highly recommend this location if you're looking g to rent a uhaul.
Natanael PLast time I rented from them, I cleaned it myself brought it back. Then I looked at my bill and I got charged 40 bucks for a cleaning fee when I had already cleaned it.. if you look at my record, you'll see that I rent them quite often

Now I have to find a ride to get what money is owed to me like I said he was very pushy. I said I needed the money that I was owed he said, come back tomorrow, but that's not as easy, rude, rude and it's three days later I'm still not there to get the money that is owed to me

Abdul DSams Auto seemed to take my request for a U-Haul as an inconvenience for them. They didn't mention the possibility of a dolly rental until I was about to leave and offered almost no help getting my car onto the auto-trailer. Once my car was on the trailer they were indifferent to the fact that none of the car doors would then open more than 6 inches because the trailer's wheel wells blocked them. So I had to climb out the car window, crack the door and reach in to close the window and then reach further with a stick to poke the ignition button to turn the car off. Definitely not customer service oriented.

Robert SI tried reserving a 15' truck through UHaul twice, the first time it was changed to a pickup truck after my reservation was complete by UHaul without telling me. The second time I got a 15' truck at this location for 6:30am pickup using my phone. When I arrived at 6:30am and tried to get the truck I got a notice that the truck would be hand delivered at 8am when the location opened. I had to drive home and come back again at 8am, it was 8:30am by the time I got the truck completely screwing up my move.
SCOTT JU-Haul customer service booked me for a time before the location opened, and was told to wait. The location also required that I return the truck much earlier than I was told by U-Haul customer service.
Michael SRental pick-up given to my son and me with a QUARTER tank of gas. We drove a total of 50 miles. Put in 5 gallons of gas to bring the tank back to a QUARTER. When we brought the truck back, told agent ("Kristin") we had put gas in, she affirmed everything OK. Learned when I checked the invoice on line (and my credit card number) there were 2 charges: $84,17 (correct amount for the total rental) and another charge of $119.93. ???? Called--Kristin told me it was the charge for gas since I had started with a full tank. BALONEY. My son and I will both swear we had only a QUARTER tank to start. Kristin did not do her job and check the truck before we left. If I do not receive a refund, IMMEDIATELY, of $119.93, I will (1) ask for a hold on both charges from my credit card company and (2) file a consumer fraud claim with the MassAG (Consumer Fraud Dept) against U-Haul, the gas station, and Kristin. This is felony theft. Also, Kristin's treatment of me will lead to a second complaint to the AG for age discrimination: I am 77. Go ahead and publish this---if you have the guts.
Richard TTruck was dirty. They told us at pick us they didn't have the moving equipment ordered was not available which made the moving extremely more difficult and they could have called us as we made the reservation a few days prior. They charged us $90 for leaving a plastic that we put on the floor because the truck button was disgusting and because the blankets were not folded which we were never told we had to fold them. The guy was extremely rude and never let me talk. Would never recommend that place. Very bad

JOSEPH BSams Auto was perfect in terms of ease of access, friendliness, and cleanliness. The people there were extremely friendly and chill. They answered all my questions and was able to get me going quickly. It means a lot considering moving is a pain in the ass and having the uhaul rental process go smoothly helps. I will 100 % recommend them to anyone I know that needs to rent a uhaul.

Marcella SWhen I returned the truck the guy working was VERY rude. I asked for help parking the truck. The trucks are parked like sardines and I was not about to hit the other trucks. I tried with no luck. I was panicking so I called my husband to come help me. The guy was so annoyed with me that he came over yelling at me in Spanish to get out. It took him a good 5-7 minutes to get the truck parked. When I asked if I needed to do anything he continued to be annoyed with me swinging his arms and saying something in Spanish. I was then charged for fuel after I had already refueled before returning the truck.
