Rental location staff was terrible. Rude, hostile, and exceptionally difficult to work with. Staff provided no assistance when dropping off trailer or when picking up trailer and simply stood around swearing in arabic the entire time.

Charged me 200 , then 100 and then gave back my 200 and then charged 300.
DANTE RSmall, dirty. The guy was outside fixing the gas pump. His mechanic offered to do it for him so that he could give us the vehicle we were there, and had a reservation for, but he said no. So instead we waited like 25 min for him to finish fixing the pump and pumping gas for people at the gas station. Added optional insurance without my permission *I wrote on the reservation that I didn't want it) he did remove it when I asked why the price was higher than what my reservation said. He also didn't tell us that we are supposed to refill the gas tank or we would be charged over $4/gallon for gas. I thought that since we pay by the mile for the rental thst gas price is included.

JOSEPH CPrice was calculated even though I dropped off the rental earlier than expected. I would of gone to home Depot and got a cheaper price, just saying!
