This is mom pop shop and I have to un hitch and move the trailer off the truck myself as the 3 employees just keep pointing and telling me hinting that they are not willing to help.

ARNOLD WThe customer service for this location was awful. I am a young female and every single person there made me uncomfortable. I asked for help(even though I signed up to do it on my phone and not have to speak to a person) and the van wasn’t ready, no one could help me, passed me off to the next person. Over 15 minutes of waiting to be helped and they were all standing around talking and laughing when I asked for a help again (5 times in total). Manager laughed and asked me why I was late to pick up the rental after I had just traveled 2 hours to get there and threatened to not give me the keys when I expressed that the customer service of his business was awful. I rented from here off a referral and will make sure that is no longer
Megan PThe truck wasn’t safe to operate as it was wobbling on the highway. The staff are not professional.Poor customer service.
