Me cobraron un seguro que yo no solicite. Todo fue en línea y nunca me explicaron como era y que se debía pagar

I went to pick up my U-Haul there. The gentleman didn't come out and look at the truck with me. Check the mileage look if anything was damaged. The truck was dirty inside and I have to keep on going in and out of the store. tell him I need this. I need that look at this and help . Very bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend it not to pick up from this location.

The truck had no gas in it just barely enough to get to a gas station. The lock that locks the rear roll up was broken. No way to secure my property.

I was a little worried using this location based on the reviews but it was my only option on short notice. Perfect experience. Quick and easy pick up, the man was professional, had the key to the truck in about 10 minutes. No walk around (which was fine) but we verified pics of the vehicle in the app. No issues, would use this location again.

There was no walk around done on the truck, to inspect it. Left with the oil light on. It took me an hour and a half half for my pick up because the only man working in the supermarket was more interested in his customers buying soda, pop and potato chips that a man like me that had a schedule. in between working with his customers and Me and three different phones because the technology wasn't working. We finally figured it out after an hour and a half.. the problem with that is, I had free help waiting at home to load this truck, by the time I got there my help was gone. so I had to spend a couple hundred dollars to pay the neighbors to help me load the truck. Overall, a miserable experience..

The truck was clean and overall it was easy to get to. The only complaint I have is when I ordered it online I requested an appliance dolly. It was on my reservation but when we got there they did not have it. This made it challenging because we had to pick it up a fridge that day. So I wish it would have told me it was unavailable when I placed the order. Aside from that check in was slow but it was at a convenience store so there were customers he had to help. I would use them again but in the future confirm they have the accessories that they say they do.

Have Dollies when you rent a dolly or say unavailable at time of reservation. We had to go buy one.

The location may have been average but it wasn't my choice location, was not the best of areas. The person that gave me the U-Haul though was very pleasant.
