I went to pick up my U-Haul there. The gentleman didn't come out and look at the truck with me. Check the mileage look if anything was damaged. The truck was dirty inside and I have to keep on going in and out of the store. tell him I need this. I need that look at this and help . Very bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend it not to pick up from this location.

The truck had no gas in it just barely enough to get to a gas station. The lock that locks the rear roll up was broken. No way to secure my property.

domingo gI was a little worried using this location based on the reviews but it was my only option on short notice. Perfect experience. Quick and easy pick up, the man was professional, had the key to the truck in about 10 minutes. No walk around (which was fine) but we verified pics of the vehicle in the app. No issues, would use this location again.
