Truck was not ready on time which gave a 2 hour delay. With that, the storage office had closed meaning I could rent the storage unit until the next day. We had to make 2 trips and wasn't able to get the truck back in time due to losing several working hours caused by the truck not being ready. My total is now 3x the amount I originally authorized since I had to keep the truck an additional day. I will not be using Uhaul again. This is the 2nd time in a row using Uhaul and having a horrible experience.

Wandra JamesThe equipment was in good order, but the personnel were confused, unprofessional. The Location itself was confusing and not well maintained. I honestly don't know what the primary business was at this location, but it was disorganized and unprofessional. We returned the truck early, gave the keys to a man who said he worked there and would take care of the check in... but the manager called us several times over two days wanting to know where the keys were. I repeatedly told him we had given them to one of the men that appeared to work there... Finally they located the keys. I am certain this shop is not the image Uhaul wants to give to the world.

Marisol SalgadoThis facility was genuinely disgusting. There were broken down cars in the back that the owner told us he "sold overseas" and they cluttered the back lot. The office was in the very back corner of an empty building, and it was honestly a little scary. His office was trashed. Like…genuinely trashed. It smelled horrible and there was just so much trash everywhere. There were also (I guess?) things that precious customers had left in the trucks just piling up around the space as well. I placed my order online, but my mom had to pick it up because I was at work. When she got there, he told her that I had added on insurance and had only booked the truck for less than 50 miles- neither of which were true. So he overcharged me by about $40, didn't show my mom the receipt, and just folded everything up and shoved it at her when she asked to see how much we were charged. He also told my mom we had until 3pm to return it, but then put an earlier time down on the paperwork as our return time, without telling her. Thankfully I checked it, but we would've been charged for an extra full day. If you need a uhaul and this is your only option…just don't get a uhaul.
Hannah BevilI was called in the morning and told the place closes at noon, my pick up time and he asked if I could come earlier. I said 11. When I got there at 11 he was not there. I had to call him and wait 15 minutes for him to show. Tuen when dropping off trucks. No one was there either at 10 am on a Monday. I called again and was told to park the truck in front of the gate and toss the keys over the fence.
Jon WollmershauserThe truck was not clean. I showed up to pick up the truck and there was no key and no one in sight. Somebody eventually can out of the warehouse, but I had to follow them into a sketchy warehouse up a ramp and scale the side of the ramp that had no ledge. It was super dark and jam packed warehouse that smelt of piss. For drop off nobody was there and I was instructed to leave the truck and then throw the keys over a fence. All a very sketchy and unsafe experience.

STUART HUGHESUhaul systems was pulling up someone else's information and the system didn't accept any of my cards to Noah with so I had to go to an ATM and withdraw cash. I think I'll be using another service in the future I thought it was going to take less than 30mins to get a truck but instead it took an hour and a half with a different persons information. Not accepting any pictures of my Driver's license, not accepting any if my debit card or credit cards, had to go to atm to withdraw money and when we came back it timed out and we had to do it all over again. Will not be using Uhaul again with so many system issues. Will not be recommending to others either. The guy who operates this location was kind and professional and apologized for the inconvenience.
NATHAN ARMONTAFind another representative. The parking lot was small & trashy. Price quoted in the phone was not what I ended up paying. My drop off location was not correct & he wouldn't chg so it cost even more. The manager wasn't even present so O was seated in a seedy, dirty room Simply an unacceptable situation.
KATHERINE ROZELLI wanted to add an extra day and the gentleman added four days ... I questioned the increase of > $170 and instead of fixing, he stated it could be corrected at drop off.
