Only negative, which had nothing to do with U-Haul location in Upton, WY was the fact we had to travel from Gillette to gain access in order to rent unit?

Rodger WThe rep did not connect the trailer correctly to my truck. 10 minutes on the road with the trailer attached, the trailer came detached from my truck and damaged my truck and the trailer. To say a good thing about the rep, he did come out and re-wired the trailer and my truck's wiring port! I still needed to use the trailer to move.
MATTHEW GA check in notification would be appreciated to insure the rental unit would be available at the pickup location on the day scheduled.
