Customer service was outstanding! Last minute rental, after another location closed early even though I had a reservation. They were able to rent me a trailer 5 minutes before they closed. Staff was extremely nice and understanding. Very professional, and hooked the trailer up for me. Will be renting from here again, and would definitely recommend this location to others!

Staff not friendly at all at Sapphire Realty, wasn't even greeted professional! And the female was glaring with a not so pleasant look on her face. I would think if the customer had already had a bad experience at 1 location you would be more pleasant pleasant and try to be more pleasant and apologetic on behalfvofvU-Haul if your company is representing them. I reserved for pick up another location closer to my home(the gentleman there dudnt try to help at all, just kept announcing call "800UHaul" and equipment wasn't there. But you're sitting there with the computer right in front of you And representing u-haul. After all I don't think the customer was the one responsible for for not notifying uhaul that the vehicle had been checked out at 2 o'clock! So I was already VERY upset with my first And LAST U-Haul experience. AND THEY DONT HONOR THEIR "WE WILL GIVE YOU $50 IF RESERVED EQUIPMENT NOT AT PICK UP LOCATION" FALSE ADVERTISING ON WEBSITE.......THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS TOTAL BS Go anywhere but u-haul to rent a truck!! And I bet they won't even post this review And I'm sure they'll be sorry they asked me to write one But every word I wrote is 100 % truth, Is not personal opinion, facts only

The owner was very rude. There's a certain way of saying things without sounding so big headed and demeaning a customer. I wasn't showing up to get free service of or anything. This was a paid service, and he ought to have better customer service.

One can't improve upon perfection. All processes where as smooth as glass, from pick up until check-in. All employees encountered where knowledgeable and engaging, explaining the processes and protocols and ensuring that necessary paperwork changed hands. With a last reminder to fully depress the brake prior to shifting into 'drive'; we were on our way. Totally painless.

Unfortunately the location lacks the simple Customer Service aspect that comes with the industry. The little interaction I had with the employee, manager or owner was so unprofessional that I won't ever return to that location let alone recommend it to anyone. I returned the truck today mid move to pay more money to rent a penske truck from home depot because I just didn't want to contribute to a business that thinks it's ok to talk to customers in that manner. PRAY this business continues to grow and learn from its mistakes.

This location charged us for an extra day and a $20 fee. The truck was supposed to be rented for 2 days + $20 fee for after hours return. Elderly customer had no way to check in online. They also made the rental as difficult as possible with all kinds of problems. I have rented many trucks over the years and this was the worst experience.

After entering all my information online I was given the impression that this was a complete online transaction. Unfortunately I had to duplicate pretty much all the information with the staff once I arrived at the business location! I'm perplexed as to why it's necessary to do it twice, my time is valuable to me, obviously it's not to U-haul.

The people were very friendly and helpful. The truck and facility were clean. My bill actually wound up lower than originally quoted which is quite awesome. I will definitely recommend to friends.

Returned truck after hours, but it is a very small location with several U-Haul trucks already parked on their small lot, so it was a challenge to park a 26', but everything on the facility was clearly marked.

The online check in did not work, as soon as I locate my truck I needed to chat with customer service to get approved. It took so long that the store open and I rented directly either the employee. I wasted my time and got late to my move. I do not recommend online check in

From the time I booked the uhaul over the phone the representative was rude, misinformed, and short. She assured me that the equipment I rented was available. When I arrived at the first location, the car hauler was not available. She expected me to go to a different location to pick up the car hauler. Well, how was I supposed to take my vehicle and the uhaul truck to the second location? Obviously, I rented the hauler because I didn't have anyone else to assist and wasting my time running from location to location was not what I was expecting. I called the rep back and she hung up on me. I was running around town trying to locate my equipment. This lasted 4 hours. Mind you, I was traveling out of state and I was trying to leave around noon that day. That didn't happen. It was quite possibly the worst, most unprofessional, and demeaning experience I have ever had with uhaul.

Originally I reserved a truck at the Highland Shell and when I went to pick it up, they did not have any trucks. They later had to change my reservation to another location. I-Hail had a policy once you make a reservation that, “We'll have your truck or we'll pay you $50.” They still made me pay full price for my rental and has not sent me $50 yet so I think it is just lip service.

The only problem I had was trying to use the online return web site. It would not pick up my location on my phone. I tried following the instructions to allow location services, I tried restarting the web site and even restarting my phone. I finally gave up and called customer service and told them the return web site was not working.
