I think the couple running this location are not GA natives, but maybe NY or NJ, so they are not warm and friendly. They are very transactional. That being said, they take care of biz. I went in and did paperwork. Came out, trailer was hooked up, we checked lights and off I went !

Kip PTrailer was not balanced at all and bounced all over road the whole way. When I returned the equipment the app would not work and the location never checked it in and charged me an extra day
