I already posted all this on a review I received after having to call cs. But I had to do mobile pick up bc location was closed. All is going well until it gets to the part of the keys. It says no info on keys, call this number. So I did. The guy, David, was the only saving grace. First he says wow I have nothing in the notes either I need to make some calls. After he made those calls, he was able to get me the lock box number. But from start to finish I was there 20-30 minutes just to pick up the truck. The inside of the truck on the lower dash area was nothing but muddy scrapes and foot prints. When I was returning the truck it asked if it was clean and I didn't want to say no bc it implied I dirtied it. But a simple wet rag would have fixed it in 2 seconds. I paid 10 dollars for a dozen furniture pads as they call it and received zero. I'm waiting on someone to reach out bc I want compensated for my time, and the 10 bucks for the furniture pads. I had to use my good blankets. I was literally only moving stuff from my garage to a storage unit and I think it took longer pissing around with trying to get the truck than it did to do said move. David said it showed I started the pick up at 1:50 and 2:15 I made a text and a call letting my helpers know I was pulling out. I made the reservation 2 days prior so that should be ample time to see my order, load the truck with what I requested and paid for, and wipe the damn dash off. I will never use this location again. And it's unfortunate bc it's the closest to both me and my storage unit. If you feel your time is valuable, and want quality service for your money, choose a different location.

GREGORY HI needed a box truck for a few hours to move some furniture. Truck ran well and everyone at the location was very friendly!
Brian MBusiness was sloppy. Took me 30 minutes to get the trailer even though I reserved it online. Owner was nice a land polite . But the business was cluttered and I knew it was going to be a hassle. And it was. I will not go their again.

KATHERINE LI pointed out that one of the four tires on the car transport was in BAD condition. It was down to the wear marks on the tread. It really needs to be changed. Other three tires were in good condition. My trip was 1700 miles so it made me a little nervous. Hitch on car transport was bent.

tim bTrailer had some sort of black soiling on floor. Insure that interior surfaces are clean. Attendant pulled trailer forward and ran tongue into my bumper scuffing it. Have trailer parked on more level surface to insure ease of movement.

KEVIN BAppliance dolley had broked belt on tread so couldn't be used to crawl up stairs. Shorted two furniture pads at pick up. Truck mileage incorrect at pickup caused lengthy return process to correct error. Truck was in dire need of alignment and front tired excessively worn on outer edges and made for a tiring trip of 2000 miles fighting steering wheel entire time. Wipers needed replaced. Very inadequate pickup of equipment experience.
