We had no problems with the location but we did have problems getting the truck. I had initially reserved the truck for a different location and then I received a call saying that they would offer a discount if I could pick up at a different location, which was not a problem. She had mentioned that I could pick the truck up early if I wanted using the afterhours pick up at the new location. We logged in to our account and were unable to gain access to the keys. We initially talked to one gal and she saw a problem so she transferred us to someone else and this is where things went south. This lady had no patience for what we were saying even telling me that I was reading the information wrong. She was very condescending and scoffed at most of what we had to say. She eventually acknowledged that we were at the correct location and 30 minutes later, we were able to proceed. BUT, we had no idea that we needed to supply phone numbers of 2 different people to be contacted to verify operation. Had we known this, we could have prepared some people to be expecting calls....at 11pm. We eventually hung up on the representative and came back the next morning. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. (No discount was ever given)
Mark PThis has to be the best experience I have ever had with the customer service at the facility. It was a little haunting with the app trying to do the mobile rental. But the employees at the actual facility are top tier and very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone
Charles BThe storage location is, at the time of this writing, under improvements. So finding the office was a little confusing, but once i did come in contact with the associate, she was apologetic for the confusion and did everything she could to make my drop-off as easy as possible. She disconnected the trailer with a friendly demeanor and smile on her face. She even made suggestions on how i could make my future drop offs easier with their location. I asked if she needed help moving the trailer to a parked postion and she happily said "not at all, i got it!" Now that is service with a smile!

Henry II got a call Monday night changing my pick up time from 9 to 10 because someone forgot to set up my self check in and wouldn't be in until 10. I waited for 30 min and no one showed up. Customer service was helpful and found me a new truck nearby. I got to the second location and couldn't find someone to check me in for another 10 min. The trucks bumper was barely hanging on and was not in great condition. I lost an hour with my movers that I had to pay for. Frustrating experience I thought you should know about. Merci.

Latoya WI ended up being able to return the trailer earlier than necessary which was a day ahead. Unfortunately by the time I finished unloading and cleaning the trailer it was after hours. So we drive the trailer to this drop off location and we watch the videos on the unhooking process Remove the cords and the strips was no problem at all. I had a 6x12 … unfortunately the trailer wouldn't unclip from my vehicle. We had two people trying for over 30 minutes After hours were reached out to, the first representative was great she was like let me get you guys to roadside assistance they can assist you with no problem ( especially after finding out we were 2 women in a lot late in the evening) The first dispatcher was completely rude. We have her the run down told her we checked everything off the list and tried everything. She had a bad attitude didn't care about the situation at all just kept telling us that we didn't know what we were doing basically "professionally" . I told her ma'm we've been out here for over 30 minutes trying everything you've already said she then said im going to transfer you such and such will help and she hung up on me as I was asking her a question The next representative did try and assist more and she stayed professional. She states that it could be equipment failure but if it wasn't then it would be on me to pay $300 dollars for having roadside assist. That's completely wiled. We had to have a total of 5 grown adults to get the trailer off of the trailer… the agent say yes on the phone the entire time
Danielle DTruck has 178 000 miles and was in poor condition. Driver side door is damaged and would not close properly. Transmission at times would not shift out of first or second gear. Reserved and paid for 12 furniture pads but only 3 pads were provided and was told by office employee that pads were not available and refund could not be provided. Tie -down boards inside the "box" were broken and could not be used. The Saums Road Storage location is junky and not maintained. Large sink hole in parking area is difficult to navigate around. The facility has no security fencing and has very poor lighting which created unsafe conditions for my late evening truck return. Do not use Saums Road Self Storage as first choice for Uhaul rentals!

Glen HMy initial reservation was confirmed, then changed due to vehicle availability. I did not get a confirmation call from the 2nd location, so I called the new location. No answer, so I called Area Customer Service a couple of hours before my scheduled pickup. Area Customer Service also was not able to get an answer to their call, so my pick-up location was changed again. The 3rd location was just fine...available, professional, etc.

Anthony MLack of communication, waited over a year for my latch to be replaced on my storage unit, which to the date I moved out still hasn't been replaced there for there were times I couldn't access my unit or sometimes even secure it, as a business owner that had things stored in it cost me sales because I couldn't access them at times. I'm very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.

Son unos estafadores. y si no corrigen el abuso, lesdejare un mal rewiev en google.

Farren HBest storage experience I've had, customer for 4 yrs (left because we moved). We used the temperature controlled units, they were great, I always felt safe accessing my unit, my items were kept in perfect condition and I never worried about my contents being damaged or broken into, no wired smells or pests, there was always a dolly or rolling cart to help move things from the unit to the car, just an easy and great set up. Our pricing felt totally reasonable and affordable for the unit size and service. Staff was always helpful. Highly satisfied!

Feng LThe process was very quick but had a couple issues. When starting the inspection process, it was noticed the vehicle listed on the paperwork did not match the actual truck. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and tried to fix it. He was unable to do it, but I called the customer service and it was updated. I did not complete an inspection process due to the mix up. I originally rented an appliance dolly but at the time of pickup, it was removed due the dolly not fit for service. It would have been helpful if this was known prior to the pickup.

carlos rI was supposed to pick up truck from a different location which was 2 miles frol my house. After finishing verification we leant the vehicle don't habe a world lock. Then the agent on chat cancelled this reservation and send me to another location which is 5 miles from my house. The agent was nice. But for any issue it was impossible to get help from call center. Customer care reaching experience is 40 mins after approval process. I paid 7 miles of gas becuaee uhaul could not delivered my vehicle from my choice of location. That location is so dark and no clear direction on where. I struggled 45 mins in finding the key box. Word key was so jammed the password did not work. It took 15 attempts to unlock that key box to retrieve the key. Worst experience from a company which I had pleasant experience in past.

Stephanie JAppointment was set for 3 PM on July 7. Showed up on time to find that the attendant was out for lunch. Not return until 330ish. There's put a strain on our time limits. The man was apologetic by saying that the other attendant was running late. Later on he admitted to going to have lunch with a tendon because of a random issue. And that there was nobody else that worked there. In other words blatantly lied and then later on came out with the truth. Extremely unprofessional and I will not use this facility again.

PAUL BIt was super quick and super easy picking up and returning. I would highly suggest going to this location rather than an actual uhaul, because it's always a 30 minute ordeal or longer at an actual uhaul store.
