Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe appliance dolly i reserved was not in the truck and the gas tank was EMPTY. I had to cancel the reservation and find somewhere else to rent from because this location is not open in the mornings so none on site to assist. This was a complete waste of time when you’re in the middle of a move.
Audrey Clist price was 30 dolar but at the end of day you charged me 99 dollar. thank you. I rent it for 4 hour and returned it back in 3 hours. any way you charged me.
Zeyd EI get hurt when I was moving my stuff and I call to let know that I was going to be couple hours late and they charged $104.00 for me being late couple hours I’ll think they should be more human,I know is business but me I going to think about choosing this service because I’ll being loyal for few years you can see on the records I least will be nice if somebody help me to get this credit back, just because I’m always used this company, that will be a nice touch.
