I'm over in Huntersville and have used SGSS for me rental van needs because of vehicle availability. After calling around to all the closer locations I discovered SGSS and now call them first. Also, Sierra in the office is always pleasant and has been easy to work with.....
JONATHAN Hthe price per mile is high, my cost went from $60 or so for a few ours to $122 when I was all done. I had the unit from about 9:15am to 2pm. The staff at this location was awesome, though. My friend had rented from them but she didn't really have to drive the truck that far. mine was only like 30 miles each way but it adds up fast.

ALYSIA PThe rate was definitely too high, I have rented the from the Concord Pkwy location and went to the same location to pick up and was charged only about $45. This location has charged me $75 for the same pricing truck going to the same location and only having the truck for about two hours. I will not be coming back to this location or recommending this location to anyone due to the pricing for the same size truck.

RANDALL TUsed for a quick move they didn't have the truck size I needed at the location so they upgraded me at no extra cost. I used the mobile app which was much easier than having to talk to someone, it was a breeze to check in, locate truck, locate keys, document and return.

Thank God your company was able to help us, get the job done. And yes iI would recommend your company to anyone I know in need of a uHauk rental.

DIANE DThe cell service at this location was terrible so going through all the pictures I had to take was terrible. But then they had an option to click if the page wasn't working so I did that and hopefully that worked because it kept kicking me out as well. So I dropped the key in the lock box and left. Overall it was a good experience, picking it up was easy and everything
Caitlyn RThe gate was closed no one helped me once you pull in with that huge truck then they want you to back it out on a very busy road so you don't block the gate. The lady just said can you shut the door so I can get through nothing else. So I put the keys in the box no help no advice no being polite.

ETTA WOriginally ordered a truck from this location on November 21st for November 27th. On Saturday November 25th, a lady called me asking if it was okay if I picked a truck up from a different location and drop it off there. We said fine sure. My dad proceeded to head to new location and apparently they were closed and we had a difficult time trying to getting in contact with someone. Took over an over before I got in contact with the original location, off Weddington, they had no idea why someone would switch locations on us! Very disappointed in U-HAUL themselves and how they handle the situation. But thank you to the lady at Save Green for saving the day on my moving day.
