Too many photos on check-in and check-out and had an issue with uploading photos at check-in because they had to be in a certain frame. In general everything was great, but the photo part at check-in was an issue.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe sale rep person was a great to communicate. She was very helpful and collaborative.
Mustafa AThe salesperson Amanda was friendly and worked with me on the timeframe to return the truck because it was Labor Day weekend!
Christine MTruck had faulty parking break. Truck had driver side door that would not shut. Truck lacked ramp for on loading and off loading. Truck whistled when I drove it. Location was fine and service was good but Truck was in poor condition.
Tim DThere is zero hassel or worries, when you go there. Amanda takes care of everything . A great customer service representative.
