Use the u- haul location on Main street.

I have used U-haul and have never been disappointed. This time though, only one of your store was open at 8am. The other two near me were opening at 9am. That's one thing that the powers-that-be at the great company may want to think of. Other than that, I loved my rental, it had less than 5K miles so I really enjoyed the ride

Drop off location only had one individual to handle drop offs. Said individual was not in at the time of drop off, causing vehicle not to be reported as received for almost 24hours after original drop off. All was resolved so all is well but just needed to make some unnecessary phone calls to representatives who had no clue about what was going on.

On the day of pickup, the owner of the station stated that someone had siphoned out the gas from all his trucks and my particular truck may have a gas leak due to that. He gave me a 26' footer with hardly any gas so I had to immediately fill gas upon leaving. Driving home the whole cab smelled like gas and when I arrived home the gas was coming out from the top of the tank. I called the station and asked if I can get a different truck and he stated he can't there's none at his station and to please call a number and they will help me. Called the number he said to call and they weren't helpful at all. 1 hour later got a hold of someone again and had to go through roadside service to come and fix the problem. Never rent from that location or uhaul again.

Rental site like neighborhood rental/drop-off location with limited availability. Charged for 12 moving blankets but received 6. Only advantage of site is you can fill up your rental vehicle with gas and purchase drinks and snacks for your trip!!

My drop off location was changed via text the night before my scheduled drop off. It didn't match the location in my rental paperwork and was farther away. When I showed up to drop off, the only person working said they didn't know anything about the uhaul stuff. He tried calling someone named Mickey, but they didn't answer. I called uhaul and opted for a call back in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I decided to call again. After almost 10 minutes waiting, I finally got a call back. While I was talking with uhaul rep, Mickey finally showed up and apologized for the delay/issues. All said, o spent over 50 minutes trying to drop off a trailer. Not cool, not what I signed up for and very disruptive to my day. Fail.

Employees are super friendly and truck was clean but super old engine which give me so hard time and battery was almost dead

Great service. I had a last minute need and the owner helped me very well. He was kind and patient through the rental process. Clean equipment and polite customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of rental service.

I think they will get better as they gain more experience. They just opened up that location and they were new to your system.

when you make an additional charge it would be nice if we were alerted instead of just seeing that a charge was made with no explanation.

This place is the worst location, don't go with family which I did. A bunch of bums and people doing drugs right in the front location where the truck was being delivered. Did not feel safe at all and was trying to get out as soon as possible. Lady working there did not want to come outside to do any paperwork, because of the drug dealers outside and said so checkout with the app. Upon using your app would not load a photo for over 15 mins, it never worked and I had to contact customer support to tell them I dropped off the vehicle, as I was not going to wait there and get robbed by these people. On top of that I told the guy at the pick up that I was going to drop off in the afternoon. And for some reason it said I would drop off at 8am and now got charged an extra day. Again another horrible job! Was not happy and did not feel safe and frustrated with your horrible app.

When I arrived to the location there was no one at the counter to hand me the keys. I saw the women sitting in the back office and said "excuse me" several times to get her attention. I had to walk to the back office for her to even notice I was in the store. She asked me my name and said "weren't you supposed to be here at 6:30am?" I said no my appointment was set for 9am. She said oh well I don't know how to assist you and will have to make a call for someone to assist you. I had to wait an additional 20 mins for someone to arrive to the store just to hand me a key! When I received the truck it was so nasty and dirty with old French fries in the cup holders, old cigarettes and pop tarts in the back of the trailer. It was discussing! I will never use this site again.

I'm glad to see and experience different cultures come together and help each other, From the moment I walked in to make the uhaul reservation to the moment I walked out I was treated like family at least thats how I felt, they put everything they're doing just to help you. I will definetely will be coming back for my uhaul needs thank you very much.
