After hours so did not interact with personnel. So really that should be n/a. Just not very clearly marked and very dark/poorly lit at night.

Too many homeless people around. One had their stuff in the back of the trailer. It smelled like piss and it was dented up almost damaging my car. The blinker wasn’t working even though I was told it was. The service guy was nice but the place was disorganized dirty and the trailers were not maintained at all
KIRSTEN WReserved trailer more than a week ahead at a location 15 minutes away. Less than 24hours before I was told that the trailer would be at a location over an hour away. Very poor customer service. Pickup was at gas station-convenience store and rental procedure interrupted twice to run cash register. No help with hook-up at all. Poor, poor service.
DAVID JWe were told to pick up at a new location vs where i had initially booked to begin with. When i went to pick up The truck did not come equipped with what we requested nor was it cleaned. It had debris and water bottles in the back which I had to clean out my self. I also only had one dolly to work with. I ended up being charged a lot more miles than the 50 I had estimated. Shame on me for not taking a picture of the odometer when I finished and when my husband returned the truck. I will not be renting from this location ever again.
