This is not the location I dropped off at so I cannot comment on it. I dropped off at Glenn's ztzv and he was not helpful at all. Would not comment. Another example of the website software issues.

There was no one there to meet me at the time I was supposed to pick up the truck. No one answered the phone number I was given to call for that location. It was 20 miles further out than my original location. I had no contract and the vehicle was not full of gas and when I returned it at the level it was I was charged for to fill it up. This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul and I am telling everyone i know.

The representative charged me an extra amount bc I went over the mileage when I was told when I ordered yesterday that the mileage was included in the flat rate. Unacceptable!!! U-haul I will never do business with your sorry asses again!

I was schedule to pick up the trailer at 10:00 AM Saturday. When I arrived, no one was there, now answer to their contact number x 2. I had to contact customer service, who contacted the location owner. I was kept on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up and the owner showed up. The customer service agent never came back on line for an update.

if you have a problem with u haul let them no and work with them to resolve it be patience it may take some time but they will take care of it.

There wasn't a key lockbox as shown on UHAUL app. Had to call contact listed for rental pickup location to find out where key was located. Took 20 minutes to get in touch with right person for answers. Turns out previous renters did not return lockbox, so the rental pickup location left entire truck unlocked and hid key inside back of truck. If I hadn't called, I never would have found the key. This also posed issue when returning the truck, because they had to verify that I wasn't at fault for the missing lockbox. (Didn't realize lockbox was missing until after I'd submitted truck damages portion of 24/7 truck pickup on app.)
